Nothing makes me happier than making stuff, so in 2012 I set out to to make something every single day–and I did it! This blog documents that journey, how well I did with it, and whether or not I went crazy trying.
Watch a video of many of the things I made in 2012.
What’s in Store for 2013
This year, I’ll be making something once a week, but the projects will be more elaborate. I’ll also be posting about my inspiration pieces and planning process for every project (hopefully). In addition, I’ll be allowing people to submit their own creative projects to be featured. I’ll probably share one or two a week.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and congratulations on your versatile blogger award. How do you stay inspired? I have to admit that I missed a few days last month due to lack of inspiration. at the end of the year I am going to put all the pix in a photo book.
Thanks, Lynda. One of the things that helps me stay inspired is Pinterest. Whether it’s through great color combinations or new drawing styles, it definitely gives me ideas. I also talk about my blog all the time with my friends, and they always have helpful and interesting feedback and ideas.
Fantastic stuff, my friend! Hope you’re having as much fun as I’ve had in my first year of daily blogging. I’ll gladly pop by here from time to time for inspiration!
Cheers,
Kathryn

Dear Ms. Jeanne, I’m Desti from Indonesia. It’s nice to know you. Your blog is so inspiring me š
Awww, thanks so much! I’ll be sure to check your blog out as well!
Hi Jeanne,
I came upon your blog yesterday when searching (albeit belatedly) for a 365 project to undertake in 2013. I was toying with doing *something*–a photo a day, a haiku a day–but nothing that came to my mind was quite engaging enough to keep me interested for a whole year. Your work from 2012 has inspired me! As a teacher and a mom I make stuff alllll the time and it feels nice to honor the work and creativity each of us puts into this world by archiving it all in a blog or book or video (I *LOVE* yours, BTW!). So, thank you for sharing your process and your work. You have inspired me to record all the projects, ranging from daily and necessary to bold and intentional, and I am going to visit your blog often to keep me going.
Thank you for your work!

Sarah,
Thank you so much for your kind message! I’m so excited for you and your project this year. It’s going to be challenging, but it’s so rewarding that it worth it. One tip: always keep a few quick and easy ideas in mind for the days when you’re tired. It will help a lot. Good luck with your project!!!
Jeanne
