Last night, Jim and I made the moroccan-spiced lamb pastitsio from Jim’s favorite cooking blog, All Season’s Cuisine. We stayed pretty true to the recipe (except that we cut down the amount of cinnamon), and it turned out absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it for the next time you’re looking for a rich and savory dish.
